Wolf Creek Ski Resort

The Wolf Creek Ski Resort gets tremendous amouts of powder every year and has some of the best terrain in Southern Colorado. Located in Pagosa Springs Colorado you will find yourself engulfed in a beautiful mountain town with all the ammenities and a great ski resort.

The Mountain

With piles of snow and reasonable lift tickets, Wolf Creek is a Colorado treasure located in the San Juan and Rio Grande National Forests. It gets an amazing 465" of annual average snowfall, the most in Colorado. The mountain has a 11,904 ft. summit with 1,604 ft. vertical on 1,600 skiable acres. There are 7 lifts and it is a kid and family friendly ski vacation.

The slopes are diverse with the Alberta lift area providing some of the most advanced terrain on the mountain. They also have a great ski school and equipment rental program.

The Area

The resort has a great lodge and dining. The Pathfinder Bar is a great place to stop for a beer at the end of the day and the Prospector Lodge has some great food.

Pagosa Springs lodging is affordable and enjoyable. There is a range of lodging and dining opportunities available in this awesome town. The nightlife is exciting and the people are friendly. The Pagosa Springs Spa and Resort is our favorite stop after a cold day on the mountain. With their shred and soak deal you cannot go wrong by taking a dip in the hot springs at the end of a long day.
